Your invitations are personal.

Hosts may provide account details, event information, guest names and email addresses, RSVP settings, wishlists, links, photos, journal entries, and related invitation content. Guests may provide RSVP responses, attendee counts, messages, and album uploads when enabled by the host.

We also receive basic technical information such as device type, browser data, IP address, page activity, and email delivery events. This helps us keep the beta stable, secure, and useful.

We use information to run Occasly: create and display invitations, send emails, process RSVPs, maintain guest lists and albums, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates. We do not sell personal information.

Invitation links may be public to anyone with the link unless the host configures additional access controls. Guests should avoid uploading or submitting content they do not want the host or other permitted guests to see.

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide Occasly services. Current providers may include Supabase, Resend, Netlify, and similar infrastructure vendors.

We keep event and account information while it is needed for the service or required for security and legal reasons. During beta, deletion tools may be limited; contact us if you need an event, guest list, photo, or account removed.

Occasly is intended for adults creating and managing events. Children may appear in invitation content or albums only when submitted by a parent, guardian, host, or other authorized adult.

You can update event content from your dashboard, unsubscribe from nonessential messages where available, and ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account.
